Games requiring a computer program to run in order to be playable. The distinction between Computer Games and Console Games is fuzzy, and many games exist on both and the ones that are Multiplayer Games may be playable between the different platforms (e.g. Shadow Run and Lost Planet: Colonies Edition). The difference mainly consists of the input devices available and the gaming context.
Many of the Platform Patterns are specific for Computer Games.
